Throughout my career as a polar explorer, I've been lucky enough to be able to see beautiful landscapes, meet incredible people and live extraordinary adventures.

I've tried to capture these moments on film (in some cases I've been accompanied by a professional photographer) and I'd like to share some of these with you. Enjoy!

  • The Antonov 74 is a Russian cargo plane designed based on the Antonov 72. It is sturdy enough to fly in all weather conditions and is equipped to assist the Arctic logistics teams.

    Here are 48 shots (divided into two parts) that I took on my trips with clients to the North Pole. They relate to the years 2004, 2005 and 2008.     This is the second part of the diaporama showing some of my best shots taken during my 2004, 2005 and 2008 trips to the North Pole with clients.   • To mark the International Polar Year, Alain Hubert and Dixie Dancercoer attempt to cross the Arctic from Siberia to Greenland, a trek of 4 months and approximately 4300 Km.

    In February 2007, Alain Hubert and Dixie Dansercoer leave Brussels to travel by plane, truck and helicopter to the Arktichewski Cape, North Siberia, the departure of their attempt to cross the entire Arctic Icepack towards south Greenland, a trek of about 4 300 km.
